Office Clerk Brazil (m/f)

Your profile:

  • Business education and long-term work experience in a similar Position
  • Sound experience with the usage of an ERP system (preferably TOTVS and/or Infor)
    and good command of MS-Office
  • Solid understanding of the Brazilian import and internal Tax System
    and applicable regulations
  • Experience in dealing with customs brokers and import processes documentation
  • Fluent in English written and verbal, German knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Independent, output-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Efficient time and self-management and good organization of own tasks and duties

Your tasks:

As Office Clerk you are responsible for Logistics, Importation, Invoicing and Customer Service. Your main task is to align the internal office procedures according to the HAIMER international corporate rules and applicable regulations. In your position you are responsible for the whole office operations and office management. Your job also involves daily customer service, internal sales, importation, stock management and purchasing industrial goods from the headquarters in Germany.
