We have recently opened a new sales and service office in Burnley as the headquarters for the UK and Irish market.

For our new office we are looking for an:

Office clerk in UK (m/f)

Your profile:

  • Experience in office administration and business management or related fields
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and responsible person
  • Flexible to handle many different tasks and responsibilities
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point
  • German skills would be considered a plus

Your tasks:

Your main task is helping with the day-to-day work at the office. You are responsible of maintaining databases, managing different archives and preparing tables and reports. You gather information which can help to develop the company. Furthermore your duties are monitoring open office issues and support the team.
